Elise Shuben

Paradise Estate Properties was established over ten years ago by Elise and Richard Shuben, a husband and wife team consisting of Elise being a realtor and Richard being an attorney and a mortgage broker with over 25 years of experience. Prior to that, Elise had been in the retail lighting business with her parents, helping to run their store, La Forge Lighting in Woodland Hills, for over 26 years. Together, Elise and Richard pride themselves on giving excellent service and knowledge to their clientele, whether it be for a sale or purchase of a home. They continue to educate themselves in this ever changing market, even adding solar energy to the many services they can provide.
