Anita Rich has over 30 years of experience as a licensed broker, ranking in the top 3% of agents nationwide. She is recognized for her negotiation skills and pricing analysis, which help in the swift sale of properties. Her portfolio includes Southern California’s most remarkable homes, properties in the French Riviera, and even a castle outside of Rome.

Originally from Budapest, Hungary, and raised in Montreal, Canada, Anita relocated to Southern California in 1968. She built her career from the ground up, gaining accolades as a top producer and earning designations such as Luxury Home Specialist and Certified Short Sale and REO Specialist.
