After many years of contemplating getting a broker’s license, he finally did in 1995. He figured that his knowledge of real estate through his appraisal background was the perfect training for a successful career as a real estate broker.

His attention to detail, coupled with keeping his clients’ best interest in mind, was his winning formula for both client and broker.
